TEACH GLOBAL HEALTH:

SUMMER INSTITUTE FOR UNDERGRADUATE

CURRICULUM AND COURSE DESIGN

JUNE 16-18, 2020

Join us for an intensive 3-d workshop June 16-18, 2020 to strengthen your global health module, course, or curriculum. The Summer Institute for Undergraduate Curriculum and Course Design provides a rich opportunity to gain skills related to course design, curricular assessment, and experiential learning; network with other faculty and administrators; learn about new resources; and in particular you also have the chance to hone a specific project and receive critical feedback. A significant part of the Institute is focused on your own project: Designing a new course, refining a module within an existing course, strengthening community partnerships for research and internships, preparing a new major or minor for curricular review, or developing a self-study and curricular assessment. The Summer Institute is offered in collaboration with: Allegheny College, AAC&U, ASPPH, CFHI, CUGH, and the GLCA. Registration fee covers all lodging and meals for the duration of the institute.
