The CDC’s National Center for Health Statistics (NCHS) and the Office of Minority Health (OMH) have announced a Health Disparities Service Fellowship in NCHS’ Office of the Center Director. The Fellow, reporting to the Director of Extramural Research, will develop a research program to examine health disparities using data from across the Center. This fellowship will further advance OMH’s and the Department’s commitment to reducing health disparities by promoting data collection and analysis to examine health disparities which can inform the development of programs, policies, and research to improve minority health and reduce health disparities.
