Job posting: Bridge-to-faculty postdoc

We are searching for a new colleague at UIC in medical or medical/environmental anthropology to join our department through a Bridge-to-Faculty Post-doc. This is a post-doc that, after two years, is expected to transition to a TT line.  The post-doc requires the Fellow to teach 1 course per year and offers research funds and moving expenses. The TT line carries a 2/2 teaching load. Salary and benefits are competitive. We are most interested in attracting faculty from groups underrepresented in higher ed. I’ve attached the ad to this email and a link to the application, below. I would be very grateful if you could circulate this job opportunity to your networks. Search closes January 3.

Here is a link to the application on the UIC website: https://uic.csod.com/ux/ats/careersite/1/home/requisition/1155?c=uic
